Ho Ning Health Care Services Centre
Ho Ning Health Care Service Centre is located in Shek Lei (1) Estate, Kwai Chung, and occupies an area of about 169 square meters. It started service in November 1986 as a recreational center for the elderly, providing cultural, recreational, social, and health education services for the elderly of the district. In 2016, it applied for the second phase of the Community Care Service Voucher Scheme for the Elderly and was renamed to Ho Ning Health Care Service Centre. It participated in the Improvement Programme of Elderly Centres (IPEC), renovated the environment, and added modern facilities. In October of the same year, it started to provide ‘Love@Home’ elderly community care services to meet elders’ “aging in place” needs.

Elders or carers living in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing District
(The pick-up and drop-off service is not provided to those who are outside the service scope of the centre's vehicle service)
Highlight Projects
The Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (PCFB) has designated the centre as a rehabilitation exercise centre of the Comprehensive Community Rehabilitation (CCR) Programme. As such, the centre receives cases referred by the PCFB, and a physiotherapist formulates and implements rehabilitation plans.
