A district-based Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) Team is established to provide enhanced support, care and rehabilitation services to enable people with service needs to continue living in the community. Persons with community care needs living in the locality are eligible to apply for the services. Our team serves both ordinary and frail cases. Meal service, laundry service, personal care, care management, nursing care, rehabilitation exercises, escort service, etc. will be provided to the eligible elderly persons in need after assessment.
