With the sponsorship of The Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries (BMCPC) on the equipment procurement, the dental clinic opened in 1999 aims at providing comprehensive dental care for the community at an affordable price.
Starting from 3 August 2009, the dental clinic becomes one of the designated dental clinics under the CSSA scheme.
Starting in 2015, the dental clinic has been registered as The Community Care Fund Dental Clinic for senior. Jockey Club – Sik Sik Yuen Healthy Teeth Project was launched in March 2018 to provide free outreach services and actively promote dental care awareness among kindergartens and secondary schools in Hong Kong. This outreach service provides basic oral examinations for school children and parent-child seminars for young children, which helps to strengthen community education and make parents pay greater attention to the personal oral hygiene of children.
