The Herbal Clinic has established the Telephone Appointment System for patients to book appointments. A patient can book an appointment within the next 3 days if quota is available.

 Steps of Telephone Appointment Booking

 1)  Call 2356 4500

2)  Select language

       Cantonese – Press (1)

        Putonghua – Press (2)
 
       English – Press (3)

3)  Input the first six digits of Hong Kong identity card number or registration number of birth certificate (excluding the digit or alphabet in the bracket)

      (e.g. A123456(1), Input 123456)

4 )  Input the year of birth as shown on the identity document of the patient

      ( e.g. 1936, Input: 1936)

5 )  Confirm the ID card number or registration number of birth certificate

        Correct – Press (1)

        Re-enter – Press (2)

6)  Select service

         Booking – Press (1)

7)  The system provides the earliest available timeslot

         Confirm the appointment Press (1)

8)  Mark down the date and time of the appointment 

Notes:

1. After confirming the appointment, please bring your identity document and follow-up card, and arrive at the clinic 15 minutes before your appointment time for registration. Latecomers may not be able to receive consultation on that day.

    

2. Registration is required for using the Telephone Appointment System. If you are a new patient, please bring your original identity document and make registration in person at the Herbal Clinic. Upon verification of personal data, you may use the Telephone Appointment System.

    

3. A patient who has frequent late arrivals, or no-show and does not cancel the booking for 3 times within 3 months will be prohibited from using the Telephone Appointment System for a month. Please contact our staff for any further enquiry.
