Established in 1993, the school is a NPM kindergarten sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen that provides quality pre-school education for children in Tin Shui Wai District, Yuen Long. Faithful to Sik Sik Yuen's student-oriented school policy, the school is committed to formulating a school-based curriculum that best meets the development needs and growth characteristics of children, and complements the curriculum with diversified and child-led teaching methods based on the principle of more play, more thinking, and more exploration to help children acquire a wide range of knowledge via learning inside and outside the classroom during this three-year pre-school education stage. It also aims to cultivate good moral character and a positive learning attitude by making children study and interact in groups.

The school attaches great importance to the development of children’s language ability. It has arranged specialist English teachers and Mandarin teachers to teach at the school and created a biliterate and trilingual learning environment to foster in children an interest in language learning. The school has invested a lot of resources into the creation of its learning environment, and the teachers have also designed and fully utilized the school’s building space to allow children to play happily in a planned and diverse environment and experience learning naturally. More importantly, it aims to make children more motivated to learn actively and enhance their ability to learn actively, so that they can grow up healthily and happily with comprehensive and balanced development.
