Established in 1998, the school is a NPM kindergarten sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen that provides quality early childhood education for children in Tseung Kwan O District. Faithful to Sik Sik Yuen's student-oriented school policy, the school has a child-based curriculum that is designed in accordance with the curriculum guidelines of the Education Bureau and is in line with the development and learning characteristics of young children, providing life-oriented learning themes, diversified activities, and outdoor learning to stimulate children’s active learning, thinking, exploration, verification, and problem-solving abilities and help children build knowledge from their interactions, enrich their life experience, and develop their language ability. 

The school has a team of energetic, caring, and dedicated professional teachers who strive to cultivate children’s interest in learning, self-care ability, positive values, good morals, and positive attitudes. The school provides a happy school life for children by creating a friendly, respectful, inclusive, and harmonious learning atmosphere. The school employs specialist English and Mandarin teachers and implements a reading plan to promote children’s interest and ability in biliteracy and trilingualism. The promotion of multiple forms of art can also inspire children's creative potential and teach them to express affection, appreciation, and admiration for beauty. The school values home-school cooperation and communication and encourages parents to participate in school activities to instill in parents a greater understanding of the school and a sense of belonging, so that parents and the school can work together to nurture the children.
