乙未年十月十五日(2015-11-26)「下元水官誕」，本園由宗教事務委員會主席余君慶（謙知）道長擔任主科，帶領眾道長及善信進行賀誕儀式，為全港市民祈福消災。儀式的最後部分，由主科引領眾人前往「飛鸞台」向黃大仙師三代宗親上香，以盡弟子之孝道。
