As the Hong Kong Observatory announced that Typhoon Signal No. 8 will be issued at 6:20pm today (5/9) and the signal would be remained in force until at least 12:00 noon on 6 Sep(Fri), the Temple and service units under Sik Sik Yuen will follow special measures below:
*Re-open of Wong Tai Sin Temple on 6/9*
As the Hong Kong Observatory announced that Typhoon Signal No. 8 would be remained in force until at least 12:00 noon on 6 Sep(Fri), the Temple will reopen within 2 hours upon cancellation of Typhoon Signal No. 8 / if situation allows.
*Medical Service Units*
Evening clinic service of the Herbal Clinic will be closed on 5 Sep.
During Typhoon Signal No. 8, all medical service units under Sik Sik Yuen will be closed.
*Re-open of Cultural Centre for Wong Tai Sin Belief and Customs on 6/9*
As the Hong Kong Observatory announced that Typhoon Signal No. 8 would be remained in force until at least 12:00 noon on 6 Sep(Fri), the Centre will reopen within 2 hours upon cancellation of Typhoon Signal No. 8 / if situation allows.
