职责

 

-    Understand the end-user environments in both business and technical perspectives.

-    Defining business requirements and perform analysis to propose solutions for the business problems with implementation         plan. Interact with stakeholders as necessary to plan the user stories and acceptance criteria.

-    Coordinate projects and liaise with different parties to meet the budgeted resources, schedule and quality of the project.             Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors and senior management and committees in                       accomplishing project objectives.

-    Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

-    Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and implementation plan.

-    Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues, and makes recommendations         and take appropriate action and follow up through the project life cycle. Excellent documentation skill.

-    Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

-    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

-    Conduct training workshops for in-house application users, and document business procedures and user manuals.

入职要求

-    5 years or more of project management and related experience.

-    5 years or more of IT and business experience in planning, development, implementation and maintenance of big data               platform or digital transformation project.

-    Strong analytical, problem solving skill, negotiation skill and business acumens.

-    Mature, independent and be a strong team player with good written and oral communication/presentation skills.

-    Familiar with project management software tools, UX tools, methodologies, and best practices.

-    Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

-    Project Management certificate (PMP) is preferred from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

-    University Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent.
