职责

•       Responsible for in-house applications maintenance and support.
•       Respond to telephone calls and emails from user enquiries. 
•       Responsible for escalating the software bugs or enhancements to suppliers. 
•       Responsible for coding, testing and other activities in Software Development Life          Cycle.
•       Participate in Cloud-based Applications Development.
•       Evaluate new applications for potential applicability within the organization.

入职要求

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or related discipline in IT field.
• At least 3 years working experience of participate in the software development life cycle, including system analysis, design and coding, testing, documentation, training and support for the system rollout & on-going maintenance work.
• Support for the operation and integration of third-party vendors application systems: Accounting System, Customer Relationship Management System, Human Resource System and Payment Gateway API etc.
• Knowledge of software or web development skills: Visual Studio, Python, GitHub, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), MSSQL or MySQL, Mobile Apps development skill (Android or iOS) will be definitely an advantage.
• Willing to learn, strong responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills (Chinese and English).
