職責

• Responsible for in-house applications maintenance and support.
• Respond to telephone calls and emails from users enquiries. 
• Responsible for escalating the software bugs to suppliers. 
• Responsible for coding, testing and other activities in SDLC.
• Participate in Cloud-based Applications Development.
• Evaluate new applications for potential applicability within SSY.

入職要求

• Bachelor degree in IT-related discipline or comparable knowledge/ experience in technology related field.
• At least 5 years working experience of participate in all phases of the development cycle, including system design and development, features implementations, writing unit, functional and integration test, unit testing, code review, automate the maintenance work.
• Familiar with the functions and architectures of Business Support Systems: CRM, HR System, Accounting System,Webmail, payment gateway, AVoIP system etc
• Knowledge of coding languages JavaScript. HTML, CSS, DDL, DML, XDML, XML, Json, Delphi, Java, C & C++, Python, VBA or other scripting languages
• Self-motivated, proactive, & easy to reach out.
• Communicates (both orally and written) effectively with the senior executives, stakeholders, & other technical staffs.
